Oregon Approves Environmental Evaluation And Commences Permit Writing For Paramount’s High Grade Grassy Mountain Gold Mine
Winnemucca, Nevada – October 4, 2024 – Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (NYSE American: PZG) (“Paramount” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that during a state Technical Review Team (“TRT”) meeting on October 3rd, the Environmental Evaluation (“EE”) for the Grassy Mountain project was approved as completed. The approval marks the start of the 225-day legislated timeline for the issuance of draft permits.

BLM And DOGAMI Agree To A Joint Reclamation Bond For The Proposed Grassy Mountain Gold And Silver Mine
Winnemucca, Nevada – May 21, 2024 – Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (NYSE American: PZG) (“Paramount” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its proposed Grassy Mountain gold mine will have the benefit of a joint reclamation bond between the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (the “DOGAMI”) and the Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”). The two agencies have executed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) which ensures that Paramount will not be required to post two reclamation bonds, thereby reducing capital requirements, and lessening the administrative burden.

(NYSE American: PZG) (“Paramount” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) has filed the Notice of Intent (the “Notice” or “NOI”) in the Federal Registry, thereby initiating the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (“EIS”) in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) process for the proposed Grassy Mountain mine.
