Ms. Goldman is a capital markets professional with over 20 years experience. Prior to joining Paramount, she served as Managing Director, Instituional Equity Sales at Desjardins Securities and worked with Canadian boutique and bank owned firms. She has developed strong relationships with institutional investors across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom; and has supported public companies in enhancing their market profile. Ms. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from Concordia University.

Carlo Buffone, CPA, CMA
Chief Finanical Officer
Mr. Buffone is a finance executive with over 30 years of experience in financial management, corporate development, and M&A. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Paramount and previously held the same role at Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. through its acquistion by Coeur Mining in 2015. Mr. Buffone holds a Bachelor of Commerce form the University of Ottawa.

Christos Theodossiou
Manager, Corporate Communications & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Theodossiou is responsible for corporate communications, investor relations and governance at Paramount. He has served in this role since 2015 and previosuly manged investor relations at Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. from inception through its acquisition by Coeur Mining. Mr. Theodossiou holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from Carleton University.

Michael McGinnis, CPG
Technical Advisor And Consulting Geologist
Michael McGinnis is an exploration geologist and project manager with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held roles with Placer Dome, Hecla Mining, Echo Bay Mines and Agnico Eagle, as well as numerous junior exploration companies working on projects across the Americas. Mr. McGinnis is a Qualified Person and Certified Professional Geolgist.

Andrew Bentz
Government And Community Affairs Consultant
Andy Bentz is a government and public affairs advisor with over 30 years of experience in municipal, county, and state government, including 15 years as Sheriff of Malheur County, Oregon. He is the managing member of Bentz Solutions LLC and provides strategic advisory across mining, energy, and public affairs, with a focus on permitting, stakeholder engagement, and policy. Mr. Bentz brings deep experience working with rural communities and natural resource industries in the western United States.

Lynn Findley
Government And Environmental Affairs Consultant
Mr. Findley is a former Oregon State Senator and Representative with extensive experience in public policy, land management, and rural economic development. He served on key legislative committees including Energy and Environment and Ways and Means. He previosuly served as Vale City Manager and spent over 30 years with the Bureau of Land Management in senior roles related to fire and aviation management. Mr. Findley provides strategic guidance on permitting, regulatory matters and community engagement.
