Paramount Gold Initiates Drill Program At The Historic Sleeper Gold Mine

Winnemucca, Nevada – November 8, 2021 – Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (NYSE American: PZG) (“Paramount”) announced today it has initiated a reverse circulation drill program to test several exploration targets identified by our team and Mine Development Associates (“MDA”) in our joint evaluation designed to bring the Sleeper Mine back into production.

The Grassy Mountain Gold Project (“Grassy”) is located in Malheur County, eastern Oregon, approximately 22 miles south of Vale, Oregon, and roughly 70 miles west of Boise, Idaho.
Paramount Gold Nevada owns a 100% interest in the Sleeper Gold Project, a former high-grade open pit gold producer located off a main highway approximately 25 miles northwest of the town of Winnemucca, Nevada.
On November 14, 2018, Paramount entered into an agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Ely Gold Royalties (TSX-v: ELY) to purchase a 100% interest in 896 acres known as the Frost Project (“Frost”).
