Paramount Gold Announces The Voting Results Of Its 2023 Annual General Meeting

Winnemucca, NV – December 12, 2024 - Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (“Paramount” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: PZG) announces the results of the votes cast from its annual general meeting of the stockholders which was held on December 12, 2024. There were 66,058,111 shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting as of the record date of October 17, 2024, of which, 37,451,869 shares or 56.70% voted.
