Rachel Goldman, CDI.D

Prior to joining Paramount, Ms. Goldman spent 20 years in capital markets with Canadian based boutique and bank owned firms, and most recently as Managing Director Institutional Equity Sales for Desjardins Securities. Over those years she developed strong working relationships with institutional investors throughout Canada, the US and the UK, and helped to connect numerous public companies to key investment decision makers and improve their market profile. Ms. Goldman holds Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from Concordia University.

Carlo Buffone

Chief Finanical Officer

Mr. Buffone is the Chief Financial Officer of Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. and had served in that role since February 2010 through the merger with Coeur Mining, Inc. in April 2015. Prior to joining Paramount, from 2005 to January 2010, Mr. Buffone founded a private wine agency which developed sales channels for Italian artisanal wine makers. From 1995 to 2005, he held various senior financial management positions including his employment as a corporate development specialist for CMA Holdings Group, a wealth management firm with over $35 billion in assets under administration where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Buffone is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)  and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa in 1993 and studied mergers and acquisitions at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2004.

Christos Theodossiou

Manager Of Corporate Communications & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Theodossiou has served as Manager of Corporate Communications and Corporate Secretary at Paramount Gold Nevada Corp since 2015, He leads the company’s communications and investor relations efforts and oversees all aspects of corporate governance initiatives including the planning and execution of Annual General Meetings. From 2005 to 2015, he was Manager of Investor Relations for Paramount Gold and Silver Corp., from its inception through its $200 million acquisition by Coeur Mining. Earlier in his career, he gained entrepreneurial experience as owner and operator of two hospitality related ventures 1998 to 2005. Christos holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from Carleton University.

Michael McGinnis

Technical Advisor And Consulting Geologist

Michael McGinnis is an experienced exploration geologist and project manager with more than 30 years in the mining industry. Since 2012, he has served as a consultant for Calico Resources and Paramount Gold Nevada on the Grassy Mountain Project and has operated his own consulting firm since 2001. 

Throughout his career, Mr. McGinnis has worked with major mining firms including  Placer Dome, Hecla Mining Company, Echo Bay Mines and Agnico Eagle(USA) Ltd., as well as numerous junior exploration firms. His project experience spans the western hemisphere and includes major deposits such as Donlin Creek & Pebble (Alaska); Golden Sunlight and Butte (Montana); Sleeper and Pipeline (Nevada); Sunnyside and Mount Emmons (Colorado); Mulatos, Noche Buena and Campo Morado (Mexico); and Zaldivar (Chile).

Mr. McGinnis is a Qualified Person, a Certified Professional Geologist and licensed Professional Geologist in Alaska.

Andrew Bentz

Government And Community Affairs Consultant

Andy Bentz is the Managing Member of Bentz Solutions, LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in municipal, county, and state government, including 15 years as the elected Sheriff of Malheur County, Oregon. A third-generation member of a southeast Oregon ranching family, he offers deep insight into rural issues, natural resource industries, and public policy.

Through Bentz Solutions, Mr. Bentz provides strategic consulting across sectors including mining, energy, public affairs, habitat restoration, and economic development. His work spans hands-on field operations to high-level policy and advocacy at state and federal levels.

Mr. Bentz also manages Juniper Logging, various restoration and infrastructure projects, and actively serves in leadership roles with organizations such as the Oregon Mining Association, Owyhee Basin Stewardship Coalition, and Malheur Watershed Council.

Lynn Findley

Government And Environmental Affairs Consultant

Lynn Findley recently retired from the Oregon Legislature following seven years of service; two as State Representative for District 60 and five as State Senator for District 30. Mr. Findley bring decades of leadership experience in public policy, land management, and rural economic development. He served on several key legislative committees, including Senate Energy and Environment (Vice Chair), Finance and Revenue, and the Joint Committee on Ways and Means, advocating consistently for eastern Oregon communities and securing major investments for institutions like TVCC and the cities of Vale and Nyssa. 

As Vale City Manager (2013–2018), Mr. Findley led key updates to the Comprehensive and Watermaster Plans and secured $8M+ to remove arsenic from the city’s water. He’s served on several planning and community boards, including Owyhee Basin Steward Coalition, Malheur County Planning Commission (Chair), and Valley Family Health Care.

Prior to Mr. Findley’s legislative work, he served as City Manager of Vale, Oregon, leading significant infrastructure projects and land use updates. Mr. Findley also retired from a 32-year career with the Bureau of Land Management, where he held key leadership roles in fire and aviation management across the western United States.

​​​​​​​A lifelong resident of the Vale area, Mr. Findley remains active in community service and public boards, and continues to raise cattle with his wife Shelley on their small acreage farm.
