Rudi P. Fronk - Chairman

Mr. Fronk is a mining executive with over 35 years of experience in the gold sector, primarily as a senior officer and director of publicly traded exploration and development companies. He co-founded Seabridge Gold in 1999 and currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fronk has been a director of Paramount since 2017 and serves as its Non-Executive Chairman. Mr. Fronk holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Columbia University.

Rachel Goldman, CDI.D

Ms. Goldman is a capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Paramount, she served as Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales at Desjardins Securities and worked with Canadian boutique and bank-owned firms. She has developed strong relationships with institutional investors across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom and has supported public companies in enhancing their market profile. Ms. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from Concordia University.

John Carden, Ph.D

Dr. Carden is an exploration geologist with over 35 years of experience in exploration management, research, and academia. He has served as a director of Paramount since 2015 and was previously a director of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. He has held senior roles with Exxon Minerals, Atlas Precious Metals, Tenneco, and Echo Bay Mines, where he was Director of U.S. Exploration. He has also acted as a geologic consultant to a number of junior resource companies and is a Licensed Geologist in the State of Washington. Dr. Carden holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from Kent State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Alaska.

Eliseo Gonzalez-Urien

Mr. Gonzalez-Urien is an exploration geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He serves as a director of Paramount and Seabridge Gold and has been a consulting geologist to Seabridge since 2003. He previously held senior executive roles at Placer Dome, including responsibility for global exploration activities, and held positions with BHP and Noranda. Mr. Gonzalez-Urien holds a degree in geology from the University of Santiago, Chile, and completed postgraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley.

Pierre Pelletier

Mr. Pelletier is an environmental engineer with over 20 years of international experience in environmental consulting. He has served as Managing Director of Environmental Resources Management Canada Ltd. and previously as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rescan Environmental Services Ltd. His experience spans operational, technical, and financial aspects of the industry. Mr. Pelletier holds an MBA from Queen’s University.

Christopher Reynolds

Mr. Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in the mineral industry and public accounting. He has served as a director of Paramount since 2015 and was previously a director of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. from 2009 to 2015. He was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Seabridge Gold for over 15 years and previously held senior finance roles at Norsemont Mining and SouthernEra Diamonds. He serves as Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee. Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University.

Samantha Espley, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., FCAE

Ms. Espley is a mining engineer with extensive experience across the full mining lifecycle, including exploration, economic studies, construction, and operations for both open pit and underground projects. She is an advocate for ESG, safety, and innovation in the mining industry, including the development of The Whole Mine™ approach. She works with industry, government, and community stakeholders to advance sustainable mining practices. Ms. Espley is a past President of the Canadian Institute of Mining and serves as an executive mining advisor at Stantec.
